MADRID FUSIÓN, INTERNATIONAL GASTRONOMY SUMMIT
Yesterday I visited Madrid fusión, already 10 years old, which has established its position on the world gastronomy scene.
Its objectives include presenting the culinary cutting edge, promoting a world cuisine approach and fostering both reflection and debate on gastrono-my and its related areas (wine-making, food industry, technological innovation, scientific research and new business models),with live culinary presentations from the most noteworthy cooks on the international stage, surprising de-mostrations of the most revolutionary techniques, debates…
In addition to these demonstrations, there have been tastings and culinary seminars, contests, tributes, auctions, as well as a mini gourmet fair and lunch-eons offered by the different Autonomous Communities.
Madrid is transformed into the world capital of Gastronomy!!
