This January we have visited Enofusion & Madridfusion, a big wine fair which was held at the Palacio de Congresos Municipal in Madrid.
Madrid Fusion
Madrid once again becomes the world gastronomy capital. The event brings together internationally renowned chefs and new talent from a host of countries, as well as good food enthusiasts in general. It is a multicultural event with a range of activities, including: demonstrations, numerous tasting sessions of different products (oils, wines, hams, beers, coffees…), auctions of delicate gastronomic gems, tributes, conferences and competitions to suit all tastes.
Enofusion
One of the main protagonists of the event is The Wine Center, a place for discussion, reflection and analysis about the future of different markets. A place where are saved great memories such as lengenday tastings, as well as strategies that have shaped the present of some wineries.
The proffesional profiles found in Enofusión embrace the same passions, from hoteliers, restaurateurs and winemakers.
We must highlight one of the main aspects of this conference as is the enoBar, that features a huge selection of Spanish wines, boosting their vairety and richness.
Finally, we can not forget enoBodegas. An exhibition space dedicated to Spanish wineries that want to participate more closely in the event.
